2.2. Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business working days from the date the refund is confirmed or the cancellation is approved.
2.3. Refunds will be credited in 7-10 business working days issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Refunds will not be processed for products that have been opened or used unless there is a defect or error in the product.
